The third annual Green Gables Halloween party was an sucessful event. People came, food was ate, drinks were drunk, candy was given out, and a good time was had by all.
It was a very good night for Halloween. I was worried when earlier in the afternoon we had a downpour and the wind started blowing. But by 6pm the skies had cleared & the weather warmed. Most of our trick or treaters did not even wear coats.
People were good sports and I think almost everyone wore a costume. My favorite costume of the night was one of my roommates friends who dressed as "Flo" the Progressive Insurance spokeswoman.
